Our Story
Every great idea starts with a simple question.
For NutriMousse founder Darren Kemble, that question was:
How can whole-food nutrition become easier, more enjoyable, and part of everyday life?
The journey began in 2010 in a home kitchen on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. What started as freshly blended green juices soon evolved into nutrient-rich smoothies made from whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts, and plant proteins. It wasn't a business—it was simply a personal commitment to feeling healthier through real food.
In 2019, Darren embraced a fully plant-based lifestyle, and his recipes evolved alongside him. Then, while experimenting with texture and ingredients, something unexpected happened. One blend transformed into a smooth, creamy mousse - neither a drink nor a dessert, but something entirely different. That moment became the inspiration for NutriMousse.
For several years, NutriMousse remained a personal passion while the recipes were refined, improved, and perfected. In 2024, it was finally time to bring the concept to life with a name, a brand, convenient frozen spout pouches, and a vision to make whole-food nutrition more accessible - laying the foundation for what would become our philosophy of Edible Self-Care.
But the journey didn't stop there.
As product development continued, the same philosophy of real-food nutrition evolved into a completely new product: NOURISH Popsicles. Made from whole-food ingredients, with no added sugar and naturally sweetened with allulose, NOURISH offers a refreshing and delicious way to enjoy convenient plant-based nutrition in a frozen format.
